Exercise is always beneficial. I can't stay inside the gym for hours - although I wish I could like most exercise buffs! But exercise is important and for me, besides the physical wellness, the mental and physical aspects are the greatest rewards. Stretching, toning and meditation are what i look for in a workout. That's why a mixture of that routine works well for me. I started yoga a few years back, with only a workbook to guide me through basic exercise routines. Yoga recognizes the mind-body connection and seeks to strengthen it. Flexibility, proper posture and a strong core are only a few of its benefits. You can do exercises anywhere you please since you only need a mat. It is highly recommended to join classes. This way, you maximize your training and ensure that you are doing the exercise correctly. It is also a good way to socialize and meet new people.
